For things specific to your setting, such as invented races, notable characters, areas, and so on, you need not do anything special to the page at all. For example, if you have an area called "Exampleburg" in your setting, simply create a page called "Exampleburg." No MySetting:Exampleburg or the like is necessary.

If the page is a common noun, such as "History" or "Races", you should instead append the name of your setting in parentheses. For example, you'd create a page called "History (MySetting)" (Instead of MySetting:History).
